I have very mixed feelings about this place. We stayed at the Pearl street location and spent the extra money booking a Luxury King Suite- which came with a nice bathroom, and bath tub- yet the bath tub wasn’t working. We booked this room with the hope of being able to relax in a nice bath after a long day of walking and hiking…. However, when we went to turn the water on for the tub, the knob to switch the water from the small shower head to the water faucet shot out of...
I had a fantastic stay at the Kinsley Hotel!
The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and relaxing from start to finish.
Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, but Greg absolutely stood out. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything about my visit went smoothly. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend the Kinsley — and make sure you say hi to Greg while you’re there!

I had an amazing stay its beautiful, clean, and incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk in. The staff goes above and beyond, but I have to give a special shout-out to Greg — he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything during my stay was perfect. His customer service truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this hidden gem to my friends and family.
