The customer service was excellent. We love this particular Texas Roadhouse because they seem to actually care about our experience as customers. The food is consistent. And, the waitlist is usually pretty quick (our 20 minute wait was only 5 minutes).
We had a family celebration at the Kingston Texas Roadhouse and we had.a fabulous time! Jim who was bartending has been there a long time so it was like seeing an old friend. Our waitress was so friendly, I'm sorry I don't recall her name but she said our table was a lot of fun. The food was excellent, but what really made the night great was the staff line dancing !! Don't want to make it into a habbit of having to check my food every time I order to take out... Second time (out of a dozen) there was an item missing in my take out. They did make it right after.
