Pleasantly surprised how fresh the fruits, toppings and other products are. The owner was incredibly personable and made easy, flowing conversation. I am from the Albany area where Açaí/Pitaya Bowls are very popular— I was SO excited to learn about Turn Up The Beet right here on Broadway. 10/10 recommend.

Turn Up The Beet is a charming small restaurant, a tiny vegan oasis with a unique atmosphere and laid back vibes. The staff are enthusiastic, super friendly, kind, and attentive, providing great service with fast ordering and payment. The menu is impressive, offering delicious fresh food like Açai bowls and the wonderful Monkeyman smoothie, with very reasonable and affordable prices. While the Açai base could be slightly smoother, the restaurant is a great little place to visit.
