“We went on a really busy Friday night and they were able to seat us very quickly. The service was pretty good for how slammed they were. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this is not your place. I rate the food 6.6/10. Slightly elevated Mexican American. Overall not a bad place to go. I would eat here again.

“Excellent food. Meats and sauces are so flavorful and delicious. Even the rice and beans have a little something extra. Dishes are well portioned and fresh made. Tortilla chips and homemade sauce are perfect starters. The flan and ice cream are excellent ways to end the meal. Can’t wait till next time to try the specials!“

“Slightly star struck 🤩 as we just met the woman behind ElleRae’s Tacos. My family loves the quesadillas and the tacos—which bring us straight back to the San Francisco Yay Areaaaa when we dig in! (Great food and great service: everyone we’ve dealt with here has been wonderful, and tonight I misread the sign and only later realized it’s ElleRae, like “El Rey,” rather than Ellarae, but the owner was very gracious about my mispronunciation.)“

“Excellent! We ordered catering from Papa Gallo for 20 members of our family to take to a hockey tournament in Vermont. Both Mark and Antonio could not have been better to work with. The quantity and quality of the food was excellent and was well prepared and packaged so all we had to do was warm it up before serving to our family including the ones who played in the hockey games. We highly recommend eating at the restaurant or using their catering service since everything was seamless. Everyone commented on how good the food was and we are looking forward to eating at the restaurant and ordering catering for our next event!“

“Great hidden gem in Tipp Hill! Check the bar’s Instagram page first, the menu changes a bit from time to time… but that’s what I like! Always spotting different things to try, Dennis is great. “This place is amazing. They own a bigger restaurant in canastota ( La Bamba MTZ ). This is a smaller mostly to go restaurant but they have tables and you are welcome to stay and eat. The family that owns it is so friendly, although there aren’t many workers there it’s because it’s a small family business. The food is really really good and it’s definitely more authentic Mexican food. They are happy to substitute items within the menu whenever. One review stated the food is not made there and that is incorrect as I’ve seen them grill my steak when I went right after it opened. Highly reccomended this small gem in Manlius!!“
