“This might be my favorite Starbucks. I've been stopping here on my drive between NYC and Burlington, VT for the last 7 years or so. It is spacious, the service is so fast, and the staff is just the best. Lately, I have found it cleaner and friendlier than ever. Loved the little messages sharpied on my drinks today! “My husband and I stopped in for some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Bank Cafe did not disappoint. They were absolutely delicious. I had a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. My husband had a bacon, egg, and cheese on a ciabatta. It was the perfect breakfast to start our day full of activities. I wish it wasn’t our last day or else we would be coming back tomorrow! The owner and staff were super friendly. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in. While our sandwiches were getting made, we had a great conversation with the owner.“

“The coffee here is delicious. I had a hazelnut iced coffee and went back the second day for a hot latte. Both were great! Muffins were yummy and fresh. Only complaint is their staff is not friendly. No smiles, no “have a nice day”. Seemed more like I was bothering them to do their job. It wasn’t busy as it’s the off season, so it’s not like either barista was overwhelmed. So unpleasant.“
