“Last night we (2 couples) went to Ruth Chris Steak House in Lake Grove, NY for dinner and had the best dinning experience we have had in awhile. It is now our favorite steak restaurant. The food is outstanding, compliments to the chief!! Also, I would like to comment on our waitress, Kim, who is terrific!!! She was so attentive to all our requests, took care of us all night. Also, the manager is a real gentleman, and he also made us feel comfortable and special. Without a doubt, this is the best steak restaurant on the Island, we have been to most of the upscale restaurants here and we rate this the best. If you want terrific food, great service, and a delightful ambiance, try this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!!!”

He was extremely thorough in explaining what menu items were gluten-free and took great care to ensure there was no cross-contamination. I really appreciated his attention to detail and how knowledgeable he was about the menu. Matteo checked in with us just the right amount—often enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but never intrusive. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. Conveniently located close to the Cheesecake Factory and right next to a cinema, it’s a spot I’ve visited multiple times, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last.

The location is perfectly maintained — clean, well-organized, and inviting. It’s the kind of place where you can grab a meal before catching a movie, or simply sit with your laptop and enjoy a relaxed afternoon. The staff here keeps things moving efficiently without losing the friendly, welcoming vibe that Panera is known for.

One of the best parts for me is being a member of Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club. I love that I can enjoy unlimited coffee, every two hours, all day long — it’s a perk that really makes my visits even better. Whether I’m in the mood for a hot cup of coffee, iced tea, or another favorite beverage, I can always count on a fresh refill during my stay.

The food here is consistently good — whether it’s a warm bowl of soup in a bread bowl, a fresh salad, or one of their sandwiches, I always find something satisfying. Pair that with the convenience of grabbing a drink and then strolling over to the cinema for a movie, and you’ve got the perfect outing.

Overall, this Panera Bread isn’t just another chain location — for me, it’s a mini destination. Good food, great drinks, reliable service, and a prime spot right next to a cinema make it an easy favorite whenever I’m in the area.”

“I went around 9-9:30am this morning (3/1/25) and the young man who was working the coffee bar was incredibly friendly, upbeat, respectful, and helpful! The coffee was actually delicious and the prices were surprisingly great. Plus alternative milks like oat & almond were free with no extra up charge! It was my first time trying their coffee despite shopping here many times but I really enjoyed it. Even though I am making more of an effort to make coffee at home and not buy coffee drinks outside, I will def come back and make an exception for the coffee here, especially if the same guy is working there. Even though he was busy with orders, he seemed to be the only employee in the store who actually cared about his job and made an active effort to be nice to customers.”

“Wild rice is one of those local Chinese restaurants where everybody in the neighborhood loves it and they think it's the best Chinese food in the world in reality it's your standard American Chinese food a little bit above average I would say. In that area there really aren't any better places”

“My family and I had a really great time when we came to dine at this location. I have been to other brazilian bbq places but Texas de Brazil really takes it to the max!
All of the staff was extremely friendly and professional, always with a smile on their faces. Our server Emilly was awesome, she really was on top of everything and took good care of our table. There was a young lady, which I assume was the manager since she was wearing a black sweater, came to our table two times to make sure we were doing okay and talked with us for a little while.
Places like this, with great food and such great staff are truly gems and hard to find nowadays.
