I haven’t come to Applebees for quite a while. I am so surprised how much improved Applebee’s is. Let me start with the amazing server Jerry. He says he has only been there a few months but how he handled his section and menu knowledge was that of a seasoned professional I will came back again soon as a result.
The server Jerry was so friendly, super professional. The food came out fast. Great Applebees!!
Thank you from the person who ordered the strawberry shake. We loved everything and you being kind for our person being handicapped. Hugs

Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a mixed dining experience. While some customers have been left disappointed with their delivery orders, others have praised the exceptional service provided by staff members, such as Brenda, who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The menu options, however, may be limited, with some customers finding the sauce options for the ribs and wings to be restricted. The restaurant does offer wheelchair accessibility with a ramp, although it's not conveniently located near the parking spots. Recent visitors reported quick and hot food that was served as ordered, with some noting that the kitchen ran out of certain items, which is beyond the server's control. Service quality varied, with some staff members providing terrific, detailed service, and management making efforts to create a welcoming environment. The atmosphere was described as warm, fun, and inviting, especially during busy times, although the waiting area was less pleasant due to unpleasant odors. Overall, many customers found their experience pleasant and memorable, with staff members like Alexander and Mark receiving particular praise for their service.
