Hands down the best Applebees on the island. As a general manager myself, I can say that good service is key to keeping a loyal customer and Brenda does not disappoint. I finally figured out I would get the ribs, but there is only a spicy sauce or honey bbq. No other option. I hate honey & spicy burns my vocal chords. I figured I would try the endless wings, but I can't even finish the first batch!Wheelchair accessibility: Great they have a ramp, but it's not near the parking spots, just the first spot.

Had a delivery order and it was left at the base of my stairs with no knock on the door and no honking of the horn and no way of knowing it was delivered. 20 minutes outside in 30 degree weather. And this supervisor just ummed and aww'd because apparently Door dash did the delivery and they have no idea who did it. Ridiculous.
