Best sandwich ever. Their most popular sandwich have a star next to them. I got the Haystack... It had maple syrup infused mayo!! It was incredible. Coolers had a great selection of deserts. I got the peanut butter pie. It was over the top amazing. If your in Lake Placid you HAVE to try this place.
Very good atmosphere here, and a lot of great sandwiches to choose from. Their bread was supposed to be the best part, so I ordered with the caramelized onion bread. It really wasn't all that amazing, but it did taste very fresh. If ya like a Balsamic vinaigrette then you'd like it. As for the rest of the sandwich, well... first things first: there's a big sign that says that you can make your own sandwich, add ingredients to any sandwich, or change anything in...
The paper menu price differed from what I was charged. When I said they should honor the menu price, I got no satisfaction. The people were nice enough, but you need to honor paper menu prices. The pancakes were probably frozen. Not very appetizing. I will not come here again.
