“I hadn't been to an IHOP in over a decade and never one back home on Long Island. I went with my eldest son to this one at his request (his first time at this location, too) and had a clean restaurant, friendly staff and excellent breakfast food. Definitely a pleasant experience - and funny thing... Even the to go container for the food I couldn't finish was top shelf! Honestly, it was better than a container I got from a $500 per person meal at a steak house!

“Checkers You Guys are simply Amazing. Placed in order for a 5 pc wings combo along with other items everything was hot and fresh. Cashier was very polite courteous as she was passing me my order she asked if I would like any sauces with my wings. I replied yes ranch please. 5 stars across the board hands down“

The place is in a strip mall, which is a little weird but it's nice enough inside with enough room between tables for privacy if you want it. My only complaint is they have many dessert options (like 9) and only one of them is chocolate! They need more than just a chocolate cake option. Not one of the other desserts has any chocolate in it! JMHO and we have been here several times and it's always amazing.“

I am handicap, I use a walker and sometimes a wheelchair and your place is not accessible The ramp is steep and you cannot get to the rest rooms. “Love this bar so much. My friends and I go there all the time after our gigs, and the server Joanne always takes such good care of us. The food is delicious, the vibes are cozy, and everything is super clean. A great place to have a drink or bring your loved ones!

Vegetarian options: Not a veg heavy menu, but I'm sure if you asked for options they would make something for you. It's just that kind of place.

Parking: Parking can be tough, especially on the weekends.

If the prices are going up with less portions that’s going to be a problem for Friendly’s. I would hate to see them go out of business because I love Friendlys too!!“

“Visited NoCo for the first time Sunday. A great dining experience. We go out for dinner quite often and this is one of the BEST! Very professional staff. Annise the manager is definitely an asset to this restaurant. We had the watermelon salad and the fig salad. We had prime pork chops for dinner. Gelato and pecan pie for dessert. Everything was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Will definitely revisit and probably become a regular!!!!!“

Bella was our waitress and she was outstanding. Patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped us explaining many menu items helping us make our selections. The food was sooooo good. Homemade cornbread to die for. I would give the truffle macaroni and cheese was a 10!!! The garlic Parmesan wings delicious and also the spinach and artichoke pizzetta. We had white sangria that was awesome as well as apple crumb pie Ala mode. Every single item was really honestly so delicious!!!! We enjoyed our experience and will definite back again!“

“The tasty food options are always changing, with some favorite staples remaining. The cocktails are also seasonal, which I love. Ambience is cozy and quirky. They're in between locations right now so no liquor license, but they let us know ahead of time and we were more than happy to BYOB (and in my case a premixed Manhattan—they provided me with a coupe glass and ice to shake my cocktail). Looking forward to checking them out on Main Street soon.“

Trio deserves 10 ⭐'s for both.This restaurant handles two types of food service, restaurant seating and catering for small to large parties. I've now experienced both. My most recent was a repast after a funeral. When everyone is emotional, the last thing the family needs is problems with the food service. Well, in our case, more people showed up than were originally expected. The staff at Trio didn't miss a beat. They set up additional tables in a flash and quickly had the tables set. We had buffet style dining and the selection was outstanding, with something for everyone. From soup to nuts, everything was delicious. They had fish, beef, vegetarian selections and even offered coffee and dessert. (by the way, if I had known how good the desserts would've been, I might have eaten a little less dinner.)The service is impeccable, everything is clean and fresh, the linens and tablecloths were spotless.I'd like to add that Trio is on the grounds of the Holbrook Country Club. “It's just an event space. Perfect for meetings and medium sized events. There was food served but it was catered by someone other then owners.

Parking: Location was difficult to find parking and the way the parking lot is very difficult to maneuver“

“I took my mom here as I wanted to take her out on a date together. My mom deserves to get out and enjoy the lovely weather we have been getting up in the Long Island area. We came to this spot (by the way it's called "American Standard"). I think the bar/restaurant change the name.This spot offers live music, we enjoyed a guitarist play during the course of our stay here.We ordered the alligator fritters as our appetizer and catfish poh boy with a burger that had all kinds of galore in it.The food was fantastic, very delicious. The alligator fritters was phenomenal. It's rare to find a bar/restaurant to offer alligator in this area as there aren't any alligators or crocodiles nearby. It was well cooked, not dry. The dish presentation was cute.The meal was very filling as the burgers came with fries or side salad. The poh boy came with the same option, but my mom ordered salad. The food portions were perfect.The spot also offers a wide selection of alcohol, including many choices of craft beer. I highly recommend coming here to have a good time. It's very causal.“
