Jack, Ken and Steph’s Breakfast Review took us to Lakeville, NY to the Lakeville Family Restaurant. A family owned diner that is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Small diner but very clean and bright with a nautical theme. Amy the waitress was super friendly and kept the coffee coming. Breakfast was delicious. Chris makes a delicious omelette. The hash was from a can but it was super crispy the way hash should be. The portions were good and the price was fair....
I ordered a very basic club sandwich. It was very good, made well, and presented well. Our waitress was very friendly and took her time with us. You could tell the rest of the customers were regulars by the way they family style bantered with the staff and the staff called the customers by name. Very friendly environment.
Have visited here twice for breakfast; it has been great both times. The coffee could be a little more flavorful, but the servers are friendly and the home fries are real potatoes which taste amazing!
