Haven't had an issue, and the quality of the food has always been great. And oh lord, the frys will put you to sleep. Customer service is lively, and the restaurant is well kept. Of course, the prices are high, but they never claimed to be value oriented. An easy recommendation for the Lakewood area.
Their chesseburger and french fries are to kill for. The aroma from their restaurant should be bottled and sold. I voluteer at the mall4-5 time a year. This is my reward after my shift.

Very friendly and hard working staff. I'll admit I don't eat five guys often if at all, but decided to get it as it's soooo good.Food service professionals often don't get credit for how hard they work, but this review is to make sure they know they're very much appreciated and their hard work is noticed.
