I came in between 4 and 5pm with my husband. We are frequent visitors of the Latham location. When we were being cashed out, we were abruptly interrupted when a older male (assuming their boss) came from the back and started (quite rudely) yelling at the employees working the front. Great experience today 10/26 approx 330pm at Latham store!!
This place is a joke. I went there for the first time today, starving and in need of something healthy. I had high expectations I guess considering the name of the place and what I’ve heard about it online. The service was incredibly slow. The people in front of me were ordering a ton of stuff and apparently they had to redo some of their orders.
