Dunkin’ Donuts served this well done crisp, burnt croissant sandwich to me. I sent corporate an email and completed the satisfaction survey on the receipt. Corporate replied that the local manager would get in contact with me. After 10 days the manager has not responded. Dunkin’ Donuts at 667 London Rd in Latham NY obviously does not care about customer service and a happy customer. This is a warning to anyone who would think to go there, don’t.
