Starbucks in Latham

“I’m waiting here for my drink when a traditional Latham Karen shouts for a manager, then lies about how long she’s been waiting for her drink before demanding a refund. It’s Saturday at 10am. The manager Kevin absolutely slayed the customer service response promptly and professionally which was very cool to watch. People, please be kind to your service workers.“

A dedicated and wonderful work team, especially the branch manager who communicates via the microphone. He is interactive, courteous, and a master of the highest order in his manners and reception.“

“Nice vibe here on a very cold April afternoon. Stopped by after visiting a museum in Albany on our way back to Saratoga Springs to get two lattes for my elderly mother and myself. Service was excellent. Very quick and nice staff - very helpful. Coffee tasted great too!“

“This is your typical Starbucks. The food and drinks are what you would expect and there are no surprises. I was here mid afternoon and was surprised at how little seating there is. From the outside it looks rather spacious, but there are not a lot of seats. I felt like we were sitting on top of the people around us. There were only a few comfy chairs which was a let down. For such a busy location, they need a bigger space.“

“Went to drive thru. The person in front of me had a large order & should have gone inside. Made entire line wait with their multiple bags & trays of drinks (for anyone who doesn't realize, that's rude). Normally, this drive thru is relatively fast & efficient. There was a pothole in their drive thru, but I think that's been fixed. They've gotten my order right on each visit!“
