“It was the people working here that made me want to come back. They were so kind and genuine. I wish I got their names but they are what hardwork in a tough economy during a rush looks like. And they still managed to make my day, with a great coffee. It's nice to talk to people for a second in such a technology driven time.“

“Drive-thru is so convenient, and the staff is super friendly. Getting in and out is still tough if you are entering from the west. Getting across Troy-Schenectady Road can get dicey depending on the time of day.Getting out if you want to go east will require using the back way out.Check your order before you pull out of drive thru“

“This is your typical Starbucks. The food and drinks are what you would expect and there are no surprises. I was here mid afternoon and was surprised at how little seating there is. From the outside it looks rather spacious, but there are not a lot of seats. I felt like we were sitting on top of the people around us. There were only a few comfy chairs which was a let down. For such a busy location, they need a bigger space.“
