Got the fresh pappardelle carbonara with broccoli rabe and the angel hair carbonara. Amazing! He takes his time and everything is to order. The bacon in the dish was crispy and delicious! It made the meal. Broccoli rabe was cooked perfect and the garlic was *chefs kiss !! Don’t sleep on this place! It’s in the back left corner of the food market and it’s a hidden gem for sure !
We recently ate here this past week and could not have had a better meal, Dan is a class act and his food is top notch! Would recommend three pastas to anyone looking for a nice casual dish
My wife and I were looking for some fast casual italian food and Three Pastas was the choice, very happy with it and would recommend Dan's cuisine to anyone looking for a good pasta dish in Latham
