Rude lazy and trashy workers!!! Did not give me a refund when I asked and forgot one of my items. This is a horrible McDonald’s, waiting so long for the food and the workers are horrible!!!
Everytime we go to this Rockaway turnpike branch near Chipotle, there's always something wrong with our DRIVE THRU ORDER. When will they train their staff thoroughly??? Nobody's double checking the bag before it goes out of the window. And you need to go back to get the order right. It's so stressful! I AM NOT GOING BACK HERE.
