“April 2023 - visited 2x this month. Went through the drive thru and after they confirmed my order and drove to the window. I was told to backup. When asked, it something at their numbers and the prep time. Promo running was for BOGO sausage biscuit. They didn't have biscuits they offered to substitued with croissant. And was surprised when I asked for jelly.April 2023 - This time I did a pick up order and when I went to the front door it was locked. Outside signs days it's open 24 hours, front door sign says opens at 7am (it was after 7). Had to go to the drive thru for my order. Again no biscuits ("they were being maded"). Again took the substitute croissants but when I took the first bite.You can immediately tell the croissants were a day old (too crumbly) and the sausage was just warm.I'm going to stop going there. Near cold, old food, locked doors, and I don't like being manipulated to make their drive thru times look better.May 2023 Again order the same breakfast promo BOGO Sausage Biscuits. And again just croissant.Maybe the biscuit maker needs to come in an hour earlier to get the biscuits going.I wonder what Corporate would think of this. Especially since no Management replied to this long ongoing detailed review/problem. No I didn't mind the crossaint but would have liked to have a biscuit at one in those 3 days.“
“Came here and used the kiosk. Very clean and smooth in and out. Took a little long for the order to be ready with not many other customers inside. Right before I was about to ask about my order, the guy yells out my number. Cool. Hands me the bag and walks away without saying anything. I'm thinking "where's my drink?" I am a fairly patient person and I realize alot of confrontations and altercations stem from impatience. So I wait a few seconds to see if he comes back with the drink. He walks by me, like 4 times before I ask about it when he points and says "it's coming" but with what I felt was an attitude. Again, I zip my mouth bc im bout to ask homeboy to step outside. Nobody wants that.But how hard is it to just communicate a little bit. I haven't been inside this location in quite a few months. I had no idea they changed their drink system and you no longer fill your own. They have this drink conveyer belt thing in the back that takes way too long, hence why I was standing there for a minute or so wondering where my drink was.It's not a big deal but just a small interaction like this on the rare occasion I actually stepped inside, rather than order via the app, just gives me the impression that these people are nasty and I should stick with mobile ordering.Other than the occasional nasty employee, I never had an issue in this location.“

“This was the first time I had been to Rippers in eight years and it is still as good as it was in 2015. The burgers are so flavorful and juicy and came with a special sauce with cheese, lettuce and tomato. It tasted so good. The Fries were topped with salt, pepper and spices. They really have a great flavor and really don't need ketchup. The one thing is that they give you a very generous portion and are perfect for sharing. The view of the shore is amazing and it is nice to hear the waves crashing while you are eating. It puts you in the mood and you can just relax.“

“Love it here! My husband and I have been twice since discovering it a month ago. The food is really good. We’ve tried the curry goat, curry chicken, jerk chicken, and stew chicken so far. My favorite dish has to be the jerk chicken plantain cups. Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot upon arrival, and seated right away upon entering restaurant. The workers at the door was very friendly but the young crowd serving especially a girl with red hair name Guila, was not so friendly, she kept starring at my family, which is very rude, customers eating and you just looking in people face I mean find some work to do, walk around do something. “This place is very close to Winthrop Hospital making it a good place to go while waiting while someone has outpatient surgery. I ordered the PS Texas burger which was very tasty with nice,crisp bacon. I changed up the side and got half onion rings and half sweet potato fries. Very accomodating staff. My sister had the PS Grilled Chicken and Avacado. She wasn't able to finish it because this thing was HUGE! Very generous portions all around. She took half of it home. Since we had a long wait, we decided on dessert. I ordered the Fried Vanilla Ice cream. It was done to perfection. My sister had the Chocolate Brownie with ice cream and caramel. The brownie was nice and warm , just enough to make the ice cream melt down the side of it. It looked really good and again, a generous portion.The time we went( 1:30pm) it wasn't very crowded so we stayed a long while and were not rushed out of the place. Worth stopping in for lunch and in my opinion, prices are very reasonable for the area.“

Easily the best smash burger I’ve ever had.While burgers are obviously their specialty I saw wings on the menu and after tasting the quality of the burger I had to order some wings. Tossed in the buffaque sauce the wings were crispy but still tender. Had to order a churro for good measure. The 2 guys working the truck, Lucas and Sam told me about their physical location in Baldwin which I’ll now have to make a trip too. They also mentioned they do a lot of private parties and catering and I can see why. If you love food trucks or just a damn good burger the No good burger truck is highly recommended!!!!!!!!“
