“Best. Coffee. And very cool cards. Not sure there is much more to say other than if you are around the area, make sure to stop in. It's not a shop that does a lot, you won't find snax and things. They do coffee and greeting card. And they do them well.“

“We stopped by this cool little cafe in Cairo on our way back home to NYC after a quick weekend in Windham. The people who work there are so warm and friendly.We ended up getting an iced latte and some of their delicious pastries, the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and a pack of their salted chocolate chip cookies.They were kind enough to include a small madeleine on top of my latte. Everything tasted so good, it’s a shame they’re so far away. Definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in that area! :-)“

“I was away for the weekend with my wife in the area. I had heard so much about this place so I decided to give it a try. I assume the person that took my order was the owner and he was very friendly and pleasant. My sandwiches were made fairly quickly and I brought them back to where I was staying. We had two bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel and they were wonderful and the coffee was delicious as well.“

“These are some of the most delicious chocolates that I have had anywhere — fun combinations, clearly made with love! The PB&J and spicy caramel were the favorites from our first visit, but we can’t wait to go back and taste some of the others. Service was very friendly and atmosphere was comfortable, too.“

The servers and mission of the deli puts a cherry on top of the cozy experience going in. Definitely recommend if you’re in or out of town for breakfast or lunch.“

“Relaxing lowkey spot with some major grandma vibes. Classic American breakfast food done right. Fluffy ENORMOUS pancakes, perfect home fries, and tasty crispy bacon. Service was quick and the owners are lovely. Don't be surprised if you have to wait up to 10 minutes to be seated, it's small and clearly word has gotten out about this gem. Highly recommend!“

“Finally sat down at this local bar & Restaurant. The old fashioned that Betty made was great, and she’s a real sweetheart! We loved the warm fresh bread and dipping oil, they gave us while we waited for our food, the falafel platter was delicious, and maybe the most delicious falafel I’ve ever had! Was just disappointed at the wilted lettuce, that’s a pet peeve of mine, and the portion of salad was too small, and the feta wasn’t salty which i found to be odd. The soup was absolutely delicious!“

“This is a great low key coffee shop with excellent vegan and gluten free options - a true gem in the area. The coffee was good, the service was great, and the vegan and gluten free "puffs" were excellent. Highly recommend grabbing some of those along with whatever you order. We got the rice bowl (V, GF) and cashew cream cheese toast (they also have gluten free bread) and the vegetable platter, which is three small bowls of kraut, all of which were great. Plenty of space for groups here and enough tables to come and do work. If we lived here we would definitely be regulars.“

“Yummy & Friendly. I attended the Greene County Chamber breakfast this morning at The Athens Rooster. It was my first visit. The food was delicious, the service/hospitality fabulous and I was genuinely impressed by how clean and fresh the place both looked and felt.The aesthetics of the Rooster coupled with the great food and service are an tremendous combo.“

“In search of coffee on a trip from Tannersville to Boston, we came across Greater Things (thank you Google!) and loved it! This adorable spot has outstanding coffee, and many options to choose from. Great service, friendly staff, super easy parking - what more could you ask for? My only wish is that Greater Things was closer to my house! I will definitely visit again if I am back in the area.“

“Double espresso for here came to $4.05. Sweeter than what i was expecting, a good thing. Plent of seating and they have a bathroom too. Also alcohol options. That they roast the coffee makes a difference. Various food options. Friendly staff. They're expanding to next door as well so they must be doing well.“

“Cutest cafe in town!! Was visiting town for the weekend and came here for breakfast. Homemade bagels, unique breakfast options, gluten & vegan friendly!! The staff are super friendly and it's a small business. Books, coffee, and a bar, what else do you need in life!? “Got an espresso to stay. Came with a little cookie which was a nice touch. My pics don't include the spoon cause i left it at the pickup station. Friendly staff and unique environment. Smells like leather and machine oil so if you like that then it's the coffee shop for you.“

“I’m delayed in posting this but better late than never. I found this place on my ride across New York State on the Empire State Trail and omg it’s a joy. Great people, awesome coffee and treats and a little outside patio to soak in the whole vibe. Awesome sauce!“

“Checked out this store while I was in town. It was very cute. Jack at the counter was wonderful and informative! The espresso was delicious! The shop is overloaded with specialty items! The fresh produce looked great. They had a lot of local goods. When I'm back in the area, I'd go again!“

“Loved this shop. A tea and chocolate lovers paradise. Friendly and helpful staff, quaint and inviting atmosphere. Could spend the whole afternoon there sipping tea and reading a book. And the Limited edition chamomile tea is the very best! Wish I would have gotten more.“

“I had a veggie breakfast sandwich and drip coffee. The former was deliciously fatty and the latter was just okay. The shop is cute and conveniently located, and they offer free wifi. The two things I’d change are: (1) the seats, which are uncomfortable for those hoping to do work on a laptop, and (2) free water. You can ask the staff for water, and they’ll give you a small glass, but I always appreciate when there’s a water dispenser.“

“I've had a decent amount of bagels in NYC and Queens areas and this one is most definitely up there with my favorite spot. I got the Brokeback sandwich on an everything bagel and it was absolutely delicious. The bagel was lightly toasted and yet still had a nice fluffy and slightly chewy texture which for me is always a huge plus. The sandwich itself had so much flavor that it didn't even need any condiments which I usually get. The scrambled eggs were made perfectly and the sausage patty had an amazing flavor with some American cheese to pull everything together. If you are ever in the Catskills area, do yourself a favor and go here. You will not regret it!“

“I've walked by this location almost every day but never inside.The place is small but clean, with friendly staff and fast for giving me my food in a timely manner.If anyone is interested in going here for coffee or a quick bite I recommend this place. But look at the hours they close at 3p every day.“

“Unpretentious fantastic coffee and barista! Nice and mellow for a bit of Saturday morning work or coffee date.They do have snacks like muffins, cookies, quiche and small sandwiches the are delicious and reasonably priced when you want something nice to fill your stomach so the coffee doesn't burn. But just know they're not the upscale places down the street.“
