“My adult daughter and I just spent the most glorious New Year’s Eve at the Horned Dorset Inn. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Roberta, the proprietor. She gave us a tour of her beautiful B & B that is so meticulously decorated yet so homey and comfortable. Roberta answered all of our questions and we were on our way to enjoy the Munson Museum and GlimmerNights at the Farmers Museum in Cooperstown-each a reasonable drive from the Horned Dorset. Our room was just beautiful—so much to experience in the way of furnishings along with an amazingly comfortable bed. The next day, New Year’s Eve, we drove to Colgate University’s lovely campus and then saw a movie in town. We returned to the Horned Dorset to rest up for our six-course meal at their own restaurant. What an experience!! The venue is lovely. We were invited to look around and to visit the artist colony exhibit upstairs. The food was beyond amazing-not enough space here to do it justice. The chef and staff were professional yet friendly and bent over backwards to ensure every guests’ needs were met.Both mornings, my daughter and I were greeted by Roberta and/or Kingsley. They made us a wonderful breakfast and we had such interesting conversation.This mini vacation turned into a peaceful respite as we enjoyed the inn and the surrounding areas. I couldn’t imagine a better way to start 2024!!”

“We’ve had Pizza’s from all over the Utica area. I’ll say that we are fortunate to have many good Pizza places to choose from.New York Pizzeria is hands down the best. Their entire family welcomes you every time tou go there. Simply fabulous!!!”

“This is a very cozy diner with great friendly service. All the food tasted great the cheese omelette, the mushroom omelette, and the rye bread was also very good. There is parking behind the establishment and you enter through the back door. Very very reasonable”

“A real neighborhood brewery actually on a family farm. Nice variety of beers on a lower abv spectrum. No food on premises but food trucks when the weather is appropriate. A beautiful location with a outside gazebo.”

“The food for my sons graduation party was delicious and plentiful! Many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and asked where this was. The only problem we had was the packaging. I would recommend cardboard boxes to transport as the half pans of baked beans leaked all over.”

“The freshest authentic french style pastries with coffees, chai, and other drinks. I had the almond croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and honestly the best I've ever had. My wife had the Kouign-amann, which she said was amazing, and would not share!! She also loved her decaf latte. Local family run. Come early, as I'm told they sell out fast. We will be back.”

“Completed a hunting trip with good friend and ate lunch there.. The staff immediately made you feel welcome. Had the cheeseburger special and the meat was probably best ive ever had in a restaurant, even the roll was delicious. Prices were more than fair.. Will continue to eat there when down that way. “The sub I had was very good it was a 6 in on Urban cheese it was a ham with the lettuce green pepper banana pepper provolone and onions and then honey mustard I was very good I didn't have it toasted the bread was a little hard so it was very crumbly but I thought the bread was very soft and delicious I thought the sandwich was made very well the lettuce was I'm shredded very good I'm not like some places where they don't shred their lettuce good the sandwich I thought was very good it was a Subway that was in a convenience store the it had a plastic shield over the counter to protect the person on the other side I thought they did a very nice job with that I would recommend that for all your stores cuz it protects not only the person getting the sandwich but also the person behind behind the the person behind I'm making a sandwich if the people at your convenience stores I would recommend that I also got some chocolate chip cookies on the chocolate chip cookies were very good right where the chocolate chip were what it was like a little soft so it was very chewy even though the outside was a little crunchy but the inside was still very very chewy and very delicious so I give your restaurant a I give you a restaurant I would have liked my Urban cheese a little more tender but I give you a restaurantI would say about 28 Stars I would hope that everyone be well and take care”

“This was my 1st time going there. I was very impressed! The waitress/bartender was very nice and fast service. It was clean. I had their special of the day which was chili. It was phenomenal. Like write home to your mama good ?☺??”

“We parked by the library and walked to Moo Moo's. We got the soft serve twists on cones and they were great under the hot hot sun. (Perry's Ice Cream) The price was great.
