“There are 4 Timmy Ho's on RT 60 between Dunkirk and Jamestown. This is the best of the lot. The staff are generally much friendlier, and the food and drinks are always out promptly. In fact, I'll go so far as to say that it's the best out of any in WNY. Having been to so many Timmy Ho's from Buffalo to Canada, I can tell you there's only three things that really matter for this review: Getting the food right every time; Friendliness; and Speed. Cassadaga location gets all three right everytime.“

I really enjoyed my Butter beer and I found it to be a hundred times better than the ones you get at Universal Studios in Florida. I really enjoyed the soups and other treats they had. “Even at peak hours only a 5-10 min wait. Although recent traffic pattern changes make access harder. If you have a big order call ahead to help out. Always have our order ready for us with no delay. It's what you would expect from a Tim Hortons. Friendly “

“The associate working the other morning was very nice and made our experience choosing 6 donuts great. She was very polite and engaging. I came in with 4 young boys and we enjoyed our donuts and welcoming. Too many Tim Hortons in my area of Ohio have workers who don't seem happy or putting in a lackluster effort while this one seemed to be on top of it.“
