“I love Wegmans so this review is a contradiction to my recommendation. My wife and I just left Wegmans (John Glenn) after spending way too much time there due to walking up and down aisles over and over attempting to find what we were looking for. This was an EXTREMELY frustrating process. People do not want to spend all day in the grocery store. They want to go in, get what they need, and get out and enjoy their day. I totally understand Wegmans business reason to change the layout around, but as a consumer, and a family that spends a lot of money yearly in Wegmans as our primary grocery store, this is nothing but an inconvenience.“

“I sometimes have difficulty standing/walking so I frequently use the curbside pickup for my groceries. Staff are super fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.“

“We had a custom cake made here and they were so awesome when we called to order it. When we came to pick it up, it was perfect! The same day, we ordered some sandwiches from the sub shop and the gentleman making our sandwiches was so friendly! We really appreciate Wegmans! Always great service and great selection!“

“Cicero Wegmans I love you I really do but a member of your produce department really isn’t representing your brand well. On 2/4/23 I accidentally dropped one bunch of cilantro on the floor. It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“
