Back in November, we were able to get away to the Catskills for a rustic fall birthday adventure weekend, and the Brewery was one of our many highlights, most notably because we lucked into their Saturday paint and sip, the Gnome Way. We had a packed itinerary for the day, but this was directly in our sights so we had to stop in.
