Catskill Brewery offers great beer, live music, and a dog-friendly outdoor space with a food truck serving delicious food. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere where visitors often praise the good vibes, ownership, and management. Many consider it a favorite spot for relaxing and enjoying the day. The outdoor area features a fire pit, foosball, and plenty of seating for guests to enjoy their time at the brewery. Customers highlight the excellent beer, including favorites like Grass Wagon and Rat Face McDougal, and appreciate the friendly service. The food truck serves tasty options such as burgers with truffle fries and garlic aioli dip, though some suggest adding more items like quesadillas or a soft pretzel with beer cheese. Overall, it is a great place to visit, with some planning needed for the ride, especially if attending nearby concerts at Bethel Woods.
