The food was amazing I wish that the young blonde curly hair girl remember to put the greens in that i ordered. The food is worth it deff will be coming back before they close. Just please next time put the greens in my wife and I are dying to try them.

The Smoke Joint on Route 17 is a popular barbecue spot known for its delicious food and friendly service from the staff. Customers enjoy sitting outside by a beautiful waterway, making it a great place to relax and have a meal. The restaurant is famous for its excellent brisket, pulled pork sandwich, wings, and the corn bread, which many say is the best they've ever tasted. Guests can find large containers of BBQ sauce on each picnic table, adding to the meal. The seasoned fries and corn bread are especially popular, complementing the main dishes. The sides like baked beans and coleslaw are tasty, though some find the coleslaw a bit peppery. Visitors appreciate the outdoor seating and the warm, welcoming atmosphere, with some enjoying sitting by the fire pit with a cocktail. The service is quick and friendly, and prices are reasonable. The restaurant is a family-run business, and staff are attentive, making sure guests have everything they need. The Smoke Joint is a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip, even for those traveling from afar. It is temporarily closed from Nov 2, 2023, and is expected to reopen around April 5, 2024.
