Great Filet Mignon...like 🧈 butter
Had a life changing experience at this unique bistro. The food was absolutely stunning and delicious but truly the star, no gem is that they treat you like family. I thank the chef & the staff for the attention for detail and food knowledge. Definitely a unique/cozy place for a night out.

Birch Hill Market & Bistro is a special place and a gem in a quaint location. The food is exceptional, incredible, and different from any other restaurant. The unique cuisine and cocktails are delicious, starting with an amazing truffle canapé and white asparagus. The Dover sole was cooked perfectly, and the special ribeye had an amazing morel sauce. The burger is one of the best, and the chocolate mousse is a must try. The Paris Brest with pistachio crème was otherworldly. The service is awesome, attentive, and friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional, answering all questions without hovering. The warm welcome and professional hospitality from the server, Ana, made for a truly great dining experience. This is a one-of-a-kind restaurant with a charming ambiance and the right amount of liveliness.
