We went there for dinner last night. Our reservation was at 7p. Granted one couple was about 5-10 minutes late but we didn’t order our meal until 7:40 and our food didn’t arrive until 8:30. I ordered a burrata “salad” that was NOT a salad, just a small/medium sized piece of burrata with two bread wedges. Should not have been under salads. My wife and friend both ordered the cacio e pepe and it was drowning in oil. My wife’s friend couldn’t even eat it so they just took it off the bill. I got the jalapeño burrata vodka pizza and it was very salty and unimpressive. The entire experience was underwhelming.

We very recently had my mother's 80th birthday party here at Two25 with 40 attendees. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. First of all, it has a modern, calming and upscale vibe. The restaurant and restrooms are immaculate. Crisp table settings. Cool jazz lightly cascading through the sound system. Just great overall ambiance. From the moment I walked in to inquire about having a party, I met Caitlin, who deftly and expertly handled every single issue, before, during and after, with ease and grace. She made sure that our experience was perfect. A true professional and a credit to the establishment. From the moment that our party started, the staff was incredibly attentive and intuitive. The appetizers of arancini, wontons, and artichokes were absolutely delish. The salads course was perfect. And the main dinner courses were expertly crafted. I personally had the short ribs which were melt in your mouth deliciousness. My wife's salmon was cooked to perfection. And although I did not taste the chicken Milanese, everyone who had it reported it to be excellent. The dessert of gelato and cappuccino was the perfect complement to the amazing meal. And if I didn't stress this point enough, Caitlin and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate every whim. As an amazing example of that, before the day of the event, I mentioned to Caitlin, quite off-handedly, that although their beer selections were top shelf, they didn't have my go-to beer. Would you believe that the manager, Andrea, went out and personally made sure my favorite beer would be on hand for our event. Now that is what I call service!!!!
All of our guests were thoroughly impressed and everyone, invariably, had nothing but positive reviews for the event.
Two25 has skyrocketed up to our family's favorite restaurant.
Thanks again Caitlin and Andrea for an unforgettable night!!

First time at this lovely restaurant for a birthday party. Tucked away in a scenic, quiet neighborhood. The food, service and atmosphere was perfection. I'll be back for sure.

Two25 has a very nice warm vive, an intimate space that makes you feel comfortable. The wait staff was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable when we inquired about items on the menu. Our party opted for the Octopus, the Arancini, and the Fennel salad as starters (all were excellent). As our Entrees, we selected the Grilled Salmon, the Cotoletta alla Milanese, and the Lasagna. We all enjoyed our selections. The Cotoletta alla Milanese comes with an arugula salad on top, you might want to skip a salad as stater if you select this dish, it's also big enough to share. We ordered the bread pudding with vanilla gelato for dessert, which made a great ending to a very good meal. They also have pistachio and hazelnut gelato, two excellent choices. Andre, the owner, is very nice and very accommodating. Go there for an enjoyable dinner with friends.

Always a great experience! I first discovered Two25 when it opened a few years ago and have been coming back consistently ever since! As many know, there was a beloved restaurant in this location that was around for many years. What a breath of fresh air Two25 has brought to the community! They've made Locust Valley and the North Shore of Long Island proud and put us on the map as a destination for restaurant goers from even out of town!

The ambience is stunning. The space is inviting, light and airy and has a cool, casual sophistication about it. You can tell the owners have an eye for design. This is the kind of restaurant you can go to for any occasion and you'll always impress the people you're with when you take them here. I always try to sit somewhere different. I'm not one of those people who must sit at a specific table. Sometimes I'm on the bar side, which is fun as there's this cool pizza oven in the back. Other times I'm in the big dinning room with the wine rack wall and that cute little window your drinks come out of. It reminds me of when I was in Florence and they did that there too! One time when I came for a party, I got to sit upstairs in the mezzanine space. It was so intimate and you could even look down into the larger dinning room from there.

Now let's talk about the food! Two25 blends Italian and Italian American food seamlessly, which is not easy! Being in New York, the local palate is more inclined towards your standard dishes we've come to know and love over the years. Think Chicken Parm, which they have! If you know chicken cutlets, you know they need to be thin and crispy, and that's exactly how they serve them here! Sometimes I want more of that modern-day Italian cuisine, the kind of stuff I can only find in Italy. Two25 definitely delivers on this front too! Their pasta is made by hand and their sauces are amazing. I love their Bucatini Cacio e Pepe and Pappardelle alla Norma! They always have specials on the weekend and I love how I get these cute little emails letting me know about them, or I just check their Instagram.

The staff is professional, attentive, and kind. How often do you go to a restaurant and its like the staff is annoyed to help you? This is not the case at Two25! The staff is always happy and helpful. Back in grad school I used to work as a server and bartender. I know how hard this job is, these people work very hard and things change so fast in the restaurant business, so you always have to be quick on your feet. And no matter if there is some nasty customer that comes in (which we all know in Locust Valley we've got lots of them), the staff lets it roll right off their shoulder. People can be so entitled for absolutely no reason sometimes! I've seen people get so crazy if they just have to wait five minutes for their table. I mean come on! These kinds of people should just stay home, they have no manners. But you can tell the staff here is well trained and knows how to do their job.

I highly recommend Two25 Restaurant. It's a great place to come to for good Italian food, good drinks at the bar, delicious wine, and an overall good experience. We are very lucky to have a place like this right down the road!

I made the best decision to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday here!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect — the location, ambiance, food, and service were all spectacular. I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, but Fasbiender was incredibly helpful and kind, as were the other servers who took great care of our party. Caitlyn, who helped us with the booking and made sure everything ran smoothly, was such a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond, attentive to every detail, and made the planning process completely seamless.

Both Fasbiender and Caitlyn are wonderful assets to the restaurant. Because of them, you’ve earned a returning customer — and several of our guests who live nearby mentioned they’ll be coming back too!

Thank you for helping us create such a special and memorable day.

The food was below average for the price charged
However when we asked for desert menu they did not have it but told us what they can serve
They charged us $14 for a scoop of gelato and $19 for a cheese cake which was not more than two spoonful ! We felt we got ripped off
Will not go back there

Me and my wife go there once a week for their fantastic Happy Hour. Love the pizza the bruschetta the artichokes and the desserts. The bartender Sanoe is excellent at her job and provides great service with a smile. I highly recommend this place.

We had a reservation tonight at 7:00 for 4. Seated on time and downhill from there. Tables are 6” apart at best. The poor waitstaff had to squeeze by, brushing up against us (not their fault). A nice table with space opened up near us with plenty of room. We had not ordered anything yet. We called over the young hostess and asked nicely if we could switch tables. She was young and snobby with a horrible attitude. She told us we couldn’t move because someone called to sit there. “Next time call and ask for a specific table!” She had such a nasty attitude, we got up and walked out. The GM ran out after us pleading for us to stay and buy us dinner (which we didn’t want). He was very nice and I wish we knew he was there. I told him how his hostess treated us and his answer was that she was young. Then don’t hire people who aren’t trained properly or who have maturity for the job. Wound up at Basil Leaf Cafe down the block which was amazing! Perfect ambiance, service and food .
***The owner called me and kindly listened to my grievances. He was extremely apologetic and offered for the 4 of us to try his restaurant again, gratis. He could not have been nicer. We will definitely try again and will report back. He knows how to be a good owner.

***Read my latest review- I am so glad I gave Two25 another chance. What a meal!

This restaurant and food is amazing. We had a luncheon with 20 guests and their service and food were impeccable. I produce events for a living and working with this restaurant was a pleasure. The food is fresh, elegant and delicious. Highly recommended!!

Another amazing Saturday night; very accommodating last minute 7;30 reservation. The lobster was tender and sweet and the side of peppercorn sauce for the filet was warm for extra dipping! Then comes my favorite dessert Affogato!
