I almost didn’t even bother dining here because the hostess was so incredibly rude. My husband and I stayed at the Allegria hotel and had an incredible experience with all staff until coming to the restaurant. We were about 20 minutes early to them opening (even though they had 11:30 posted in the hotel) and were told that they didn’t open until noon. I wasn’t impressed with the food.
This event was extremely unorganized!!! Also, being forced to buy a drink package when a person does not drink is also unacceptable. I had to pay $28 for a soda and a water. There should be a separate package for those who do not drink. There was no staff telling us where to go once we got off of the elevator. There were 3 separate lines that seemed to go into one. Then people started arguing because people were cutting into other lines. Not sure they were prepared for this event.
