“I had never eaten in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and decided I wanted to try it for my 73rd birthday. I was not disappointed. My husband and I ordered the bucket meal. The total was $35 and we had enough chicken to last 3 days. The french fries were delicious. The mashed potatoes were a watery waste. The coleslaw was delicious. I do not like biscuits so I can't say if theirs are good. But other people like them. We got seltzer instead of soda. All in all, I was not disappointed. I am glad I made this birthday meal choice.“

“First time trying Jollibee and it lives up to the hype. I ordered a family meal online through the app and went to pick it up. Unfortunately it's hard to find street parking near the restaurant so it was tough to pick up my takeout order. Anyway, the chicken pieces were big, tender, moist and flavorful. The spaghetti was a little odd at first because it's definitely not like Italian pasta sauce. It's sweeter and has slices of hot dogs and shredded cheese on top. The sauce also has a nice smokey flavor. I really liked it. The peach mango pies reminded me of McDonald's apple pies, but with peach mango filling. They were tasty for dessert.“

“They're a fairly new business at this location (a few months) and the woman I've interacted with has been friendly, professional, and accommodating each time I've been there so far -- I hope she remains that way because people do notice and consider it when they decide whether to patronize places, which is why I've returned multiple times. The food is pretty much the same as I've had at other locations. I only took off one star because: 1) I usually just get chicken but will try new menu items now and then and the fried shrimp had way too much (actually was mainly) batter; and 2) I didn't observe anything really bad happen with the food, but they should just be mindful about placing exposed food too close to where customers (or they themselves) can stand or have conversations, or letting it sit out exposed for too long (for quality rather than health reasons; again, no one reading this should be too alarmed -- I did NOT see anything significantly bad happen with the food, and the type of food I'm talking about has a somewhat low health risk).“

Maybe entry and exit directions reversed, that way the car queue can be from the less busy side of the area.I understand it's new york with less land mass, but a good operational process analysis and improvement can help. It's what I do for a living so maybe that's why it struck a cord with me. The staff and food were good, just the queue getting into the intersection and traffic light is more of a safety incident waiting to happen.“

Very busy for a Sunday with hardly any employees working, but they managed to get my order out in under 10 minutes. One of the smaller franchise locations with a few spots to park out front, but otherwise, will need to find street parking.“

They gave us anything we wanted within reasonable means for free & I'm getting my money back from the 3 fish sandwiches that I pre-ordered on the app. Always make the chicken sandwiches great!
