“I've been a local in long Beach for 15+ years. This spot is conveniently nestled all the way in the east end of long beach. After hurricane Sandy, this spot has changed over time and has accommodated new furniture, palm trees, games, and much more. While I was taking my dog Rio out for a walk, I thought I'd stop by and try their lobster roll. During the wait, the staff offered some water for my dog and was fast/prompt. They offered extremely courteous service and the lobster roll was the best bang for its buck. It's a small spot to grab something quick to eat, but what I strongly admire, is how it the only operating business on the corner of pacific and shore road that dishes out some quick eats. Definitely stop by to support their small business, you won't regret it.“

“I went into Abe's for some orders of sides to go with my dinner at home. The food is great, especially the seasoned potato wedges, but the place is really run down. It does not "appear" clean because of that. There were two full tables of people (there are only 3 tables),enjoying their food, and lots of walkins like me picking up. I will continue to patronize, but I hope one day they have the resources to do some renovation like Los Latinos did.“

“I eat in this restaurant quite a bit! This is my favorite restaurant to to have a good dinner. I go there at least once a month. The food is excellent, the team is friendly and the price is affordable. I like being in this spot over a decent dinner.“

“I had never eaten in a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant and decided I wanted to try it for my 73rd birthday. I was not disappointed. My husband and I ordered the bucket meal. The total was $35 and we had enough chicken to last 3 days. The french fries were delicious. The mashed potatoes were a watery waste. The coleslaw was delicious. I do not like biscuits so I can't say if theirs are good. But other people like them. We got seltzer instead of soda. All in all, I was not disappointed. I am glad I made this birthday meal choice.“

“The staff is always careful and prepares exactly what I want. The salad/toppings bar always looks fresh. The tables are clean and the service is quick during lunch rush hours. There are 2 women during opening hours who always remember my order and are so friendly that it makes my day, thank you!!“

“The Jerk chicken platter and hot wings make this halal stand out compared to others. Always have to get one or the other. The fried fish is amazing as well. The Halal eats burger is fine dining quality.
The portions is outstanding for the price. Never been disappointed with any item.
There is a wait time for items that are not a platter due to being made fresh to order so be prepared for that.
I hope this place keeps its quality and stays open forever.

Parking: The store front is located on a corner with both sides being a no-standing bus stop. But it is Queens so of course if you’re just going to pick up the food it’s perfectly fine. But during busy times those spots may be taken which leads to parking all the way down by Dunkin’ Donuts or in the parking lot of Stop & Shop across the street.
I’be never had an issue but something to be aware of if you’re not from the area.“

“We placed an order for a smash burger without the cheese - the restaurant accidentally put cheese on it and I was quite upset because we confirmed it many times (lactose intolerance)… the person who helped me was super super nice, he re-made the entire order AND had it delivered to us for free, AND was nice enough to add courtesy drinks. Genuinely it felt it was really sincere an apology and I actually really appreciated that. Will definitely order from them again (maybe I’ll just check my order next time though). Thanks guys for the professionalism!“

“Excellent service; friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Food is fresh and healthful. The restaurant is contemporary and clean. They have a great selection of beverages, not just ice water. They are various lemonades, and canned beverages, including Coke and Diet Coke.“
