Best sushi in Long Beach (jmo)..
I can't say enough good things about JR - the front staff (Joy, Yoyo, Kiko) are amazing, and Jimmy is a great host to everyone that comes in. I really appreciate that they'll give me versions of the food with no breading or cornstarch, and customize dishes in other ways for dietary needs. The #17 Schezwan Chicken on the specials menu is the best in New York, hands down. This place is a vibe and a real asset to the LB scene.
Recommend udon, wanton soup has a strong yet comforting flavor.
