The cashier had handled a disrespectful customer with such grace and kindness. Although the customer was rude and unpleasant , the cashier still took the time to serve her kindly. She then brought my children's food over to the table still with a pleasant attitude . Class act.“

They have nintendo video games at each table with so many games for kids , teens and adults to choose from.while you wait .the food is delicious! “Came here for Mother’s Day and the food was delicious. The service was way too slow though. They were packed but really understaffed. A nice server came and introduced herself and I sat with coffee for a good 45 mins until someone brought our food over. Several other tables were waiting for the same time as well, maybe more. The server however was very nice. Everything is cooked fresh here and I enjoyed tasting everything because I was full by the time I took the first few bites. I recommend hiring more staff especially on busy holidays.“

“I think this was the push for me and my wife to move from Florida to NY! We came here late last year as we visited some family and fell in love. Now we have been here since February and we pretty much stop there AALLLL the time. Luis knows our orders by heart and his family is the sweetest. I never get bad service and even if they are super busy they are attentive and apologetic. I will be back next week and the week after that..... I had to put myself on a restriction because it's so yummy! But its also the people that make the place!!! :)“

“First timer here at this location. Everyone was super polite. I ordered a chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla. Firstly the freshness is top tier, secondly perfectly cooked. They even wrapped the burrito all the way, Other locations it’s always open and spilling out (not that it taste bad but presentation is everything). Everything was super delicious across the board. Stephanie is an extremely active manager, she was circulating the restaurant throughout the evening and I could tell she was running the show and waved her down and thanked her for a great experience.
