I use this Dunkin when I have to take the 7 train to work and it's convenient and the coffee is fine. The downside of this is if you order ahead on the app, they don't make the pre-orders accessible to customers. You have to wait for someone (or try desperately to get their attention) so they can give you your order. It's frustrating seeing your coffee sitting their waiting for you but not being able to get anyone to give it to you. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead...read full review
