I've been coming to Etto since 2020 and I've had nothing but positive experiences. Employees past and present are all professional, friendly, and helpful. Negative review from today is laden with lies—the woman posting them became irate and spewed bigotry in front of multiple witnesses and several cameras because she was dismayed at having to ask for a different type of milk (which is a completely normal occurrence at a coffee shop, you would think). I ordered a matcha from here for the first time. this has to be my favorite one. i've tried numerous matcha latte's but this one stand out. it's not sweet compare to the others. it's too perfect!!! i will defintely order again
