The food is very sloppy. They tend to get the order wrong very often - put bacon when order says "no bacon", put mayo when order says "no mayo", etc. They just seem to ignore whatever you customize in the order. Way overpriced for the quality and presentation that you get.
Farida provided outstanding customer service during my lunch break stop. I was blown away by her great attitude during the mid afternoon rush. Not only was she very clear when presenting customers with their order, but she did it with a genuine smile. Thank you

I came to New York from Japan 7 years ago, and for the first time I saw an employee at a McDonald's in New York cleaning screens, counters, etc. when his hands were free. This store is always clean. Sure there may be delays when there are a lot of delivery orders being concentrated, but they try their best to serve their customers quickly.
