I have been eating Paramount's American Paddlefish for many years now. I serve it to all my friends in my caviar pie on holidays and it is enjoyed immensely by all. The caviar is pristine and delicious! Their service is very personal and they will wrap your package if its a gift, beautifully. Amy, one of the owners, even sent me a tin during the lock-down! What more can you ask?
This company has the hard to find ingredients on earth. The quality is superb. I highly recommend this company.
