I did notice they also had Ferrero Rocher ice cream, which I asked the young ladies to try and it was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to Lynbrook just to try for ice cream here! The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.

Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“

“Went there for a coffee and a little treat with a friend. The two ladies behind the counter were very nice and helpful when asked about recommendations. I got a mini chocolate croissant and an iced dirty horchata with oat milk. It was nice to sit there and read a book while enjoying my delicious drink. “Expensive and Way overpriced. Tables could have been bigger. Is a cute friendly like atmosphere place. They did get us right away and the service was friendly. The waffle was pretty good with the cream cheese, whipped cream. It was satisfying. Coffee wasn’t bad but not great. Refreshers were just warm tea. Eclectic furniture and decorations. $1 for an egg and $3 for 4 strawberries that were cut so tiny, it would make you think there were more.“

“I came here one morning to get some work done and it quickly became my regular spot for the past month. They have coffee and tea drinks as well as kimbap which is a great meal or snack for any time of day. There is wifi and a restroom (for customers only). It has never been too crowded except around lunchtime, and I am always able to comfortably find a seat. Lastly, the people who work here are so nice, and sometimes make conversation or offer a small treat depending on what they have available. I am recommending this place to my family when they come to visit, as it has definitely become my new fave!“

“I have been frequenting the Kookaburra Malverne location on and off for several years. The only downside is they close a bit early for my schedule and they only take cash. Other than that, this location is full of phenomenal humans. The customer service is unparalleled. Every single time that I can remember there that’s been a superb interaction with the baristas and the clientele. Today one is the baristas wishes a client Happy Birthday anniversary wishes and the client was so moved. Heck, I was moved. A couple of months ago I was here and heard a client place an order and received the order and said it wasn’t what she ordered. In many cases folks would get annoyed as they made what the client requested, but the barista was so kind and professional, but mostly so kind and understanding and she remade the clients order and offered the “mistaken” beverage for the client to take at no charge. It was such a great moment to witness. The energy in here is quite welcoming and positive. Our furry babies are welcome and everyone is treated with respect and kindness.
