“Amazing coffee. Super friendly workers. Im not a regular, although I go pretty often, probably twice a week, but still everyone knows my name and greets me warlmly when I walk in.

The service is also very very fast, and the owner/manager Doni, is super nice. He's always doing orders and cleaning, as well as being a very nice person“

“Such a sweet spot. Staff is kind and attentive. They do not rush you. The decore reminds me of a curated antique store with Victorian inspiration. Very clean and calm. Purple yam latte was yummy.
Not really a study place. They don't have wifi and please don't bring laptops per the sign.“

“Went here for the first time, here are my thoughts:

Customer service: Great! Very welcoming and kind.

Food: The breakfast was AMAZING! I purchased the P.O.A.M and hazelnut latte with a beef stick. The presentation for everything was gorgeous! It tasted just as good as it looked.

Price: It was a bit on the pricey side but not to expensive. I spent roughly $40 for everything.

Parking: I went around 9am and there was plenty of free parking on the side street.

Atmosphere: I sat inside to eat and read a book. Very nice inside. Good amount of sunlight and cozy!

I HIGHLY recommend! I found this place while driving one day and no regrets.“

“It’s more of a desert shop. Very tasty. The atmosphere is great too and very clean. The only down fall to the restaurant is the staff. Not welcoming at all and don’t greet you. “We passed by this popular store front with lots of people enjoying their treats and decided to get one ourselves.
The waiting line for the kiosk was longer than the delivery of the ice cream itself. The ice cream was fairly creamy and cold. The cone was crunchy as desired.
Matcha taste was a tad bit strong, but good for acquired taste.“

“Mr. Khalit is amazing! I stumbled upon his shop while i was waiting for my train at Kew Gardens station. It was extremely cold day and was around the shop’s closing time, yet he asked me to stay in his shop even though my train won’t be here for a while. Mr. Khalit is kindhearted and seems to love his job. I’m so glad I found this gem and definitely will visit again if I have the opportunity!“

“The Polo Lounge is such a great place! We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and another couple was celebrating their 50th anniversary! The food was delicious! The portions are appropriate so you're not totally full before your main course even comes. The atmosphere is a fun. There's a lounge singer and couples dancing. It was lovely to watch and we were sitting in our booth. There was a wedding going on, but it did not bother the restaurant at all. We will be back every year for our anniversary after bring married at Westbury Manor. The staff, the food, and the atmosphere will keep us coming back!“

“From the time you walk in and get greeted by Leonard, to the outstanding service given by Anthony, and the welcoming environment given by two other gentleman (I wish I knew their names, but one wears cool glasses and a gentleman with dreads) the experience is beyond five stars. We appreciate it every time we go there. The food is DELICIOSO!!!!!. I truly enjoyed the sampler and the refreshing fruit punch drink 🍹 The salmon is also Amazing. “I have been frequenting the Kookaburra Malverne location on and off for several years. The only downside is they close a bit early for my schedule and they only take cash. Other than that, this location is full of phenomenal humans. The customer service is unparalleled. Every single time that I can remember there that’s been a superb interaction with the baristas and the clientele. Today one is the baristas wishes a client Happy Birthday anniversary wishes and the client was so moved. Heck, I was moved. A couple of months ago I was here and heard a client place an order and received the order and said it wasn’t what she ordered. In many cases folks would get annoyed as they made what the client requested, but the barista was so kind and professional, but mostly so kind and understanding and she remade the clients order and offered the “mistaken” beverage for the client to take at no charge. It was such a great moment to witness. The energy in here is quite welcoming and positive. Our furry babies are welcome and everyone is treated with respect and kindness.

When our PTSA requested a donation for our Supermarket Bingo they didn’t hesitate for a second. 🙏🏽
