Uncle Mochi Cafe is a small shop with a unique menu offering yummy and unique gluten free food, as well as creative drinks made to order with quality ingredients. The food is consistently delicious, with menu items like hashbrowns, waffles, the churro waffle, and the vitamin c refresher (lemon flavor) being to die for. The vibes are amazing—cozy, fun, and the perfect place to hang out or get some work done. The staff is super friendly, very accommodating, and amazing, treating customers well with old fashioned good customer service. The owners are great guys who go above and beyond. The cafe was pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon, but the pleasant staff remained helpful. It is a unique place with great energy, and customers wish there were more locations so they could visit all the time.
