“I went here fir Baskin Robbins ice-cream. I went to their website to make sure they had what I needed. The store carries nowhere near the 10 options they had. It's a shame BR31 used to be so much better then what they have devolved to nowadays.
The person behind the counter was flying solo and the store is under staffed to handle Dunkin Donuts and BR31 at 1230pm on a Sat, especially a holiday weekend in the summer.
The ice-cream and sherbet is as tasty as always, but the atmosphere, service and selection are lacking. Not even the prepackaged ice cream is what was on the website.
It's a let down and a shame. Then there is the cost for 3 containers of 2 scoops. Outrageously expensive.“
“I come to the Lynbrook Dunkin’ and I live in Oceanside. There are two in Oceanside. But every time I go to Lynbrook their donuts are always fresh and coffee is always good. Staff are super nice. The gentleman who I believe is the manager is so nice. Every time I get a donut from Oceanside it’s always stale. I mean always. But no matter what time of day I go to Lynbrook it’s always fresh. Keep up the good work.“
