“My family has been coming here for 10+ years and the quality has never declined. The pizza is amazing, chicken rolls are unmatched and the service is always friendly and helpful. We frequently go out of our way to pick up lunch here. Our favorites are the vodka slice, the grandma, and the chicken bacon ranch rolls.“

“The other great reviews are legit. I was skeptical until I ate here myself this morning. Very good food (above average diner / deli fare), nice service in this instance by one guy who was doing everything from restocking shelves to running the cash register, and surprisingly reasonable prices. I had a cheese omelette and home fries. The eggs were fluffy and fresh and you could tell the potatoes were done by a real cook who cares. The self-serve coffee was the usual grade of diner coffee but certainly was not bad. I don't think refills were free as in a real diner, however. It's on the second floor of a large Citibank office building. Parking seems adequate, with spaces out front and in a parking lot on the side.“

“I was running errands around the area and decided to try this place out. I had the lunch special which was a pita sandwich with a side of fries and a drink. I got the pork souvlaki which had good potential but could've been a little more flavorful though cooked well otherwise. Service was friendly and quick. It has an open kitchen concept, which is always nice to see and lots of seating.“

“I was in the area at lunchtime recently and decided to stop in to eat. I sat at the counter and took in all the retro vibes in the place. It actually reminded me of Krisch's in Massapequa, where I grew up. I was immediately handed a menu and quickly made the decision to have a burger & fries. It was ready in very good time. The fries were actually chips. It had been a long time since I had fries served that way. It was a large order too, hot and delicious. The burger was terrific too. It actually had a very similar taste to the Krisch's burgers I had so many times as a child. Everything was fine here. The food, service and ambiance were all top notch. The prices were a little better than what you'd expect to pay in 2024 too. I'll be back.“

“I love everything about Lia's Pizzeria they have been a staple in my house for so many years.The atmosphere is outstanding and the food is delicious I can't say enough from the pasta to the salads and entrees.I am trying to eat the entire menu...one bite at a time.My ultimate best dish is the PIZZA. I ordered almost every menu pizza but the buffalo chicken. “This used to be the only place in town 20 years ago, had it a few weeks ago and it still hits the same but at this age it's best to avoid things like the Corona and the bomb.I grew up here every weekend getting drunk and coming again 4:00 a.m. sandwiches. “Ordered for pickup through DoorDash today on my lunch break. Got the Sicilian Jr. and some garlic knots. Based on the name price of the pizza I was expecting to get a personal sized portion. Was pleasantly surprised to see that it was 6 large slices of Sicilian! Everything was ready on time and was absolutely delish! Sub $20 for all the food I got too. Plenty of leftovers (or enough to share with friends in the future). Will definitely be coming back!“

“I picked up 3 large pies, 2 sodas and 2 orders of garlic knots yesterday for an event and was blown away by both the service and the quality! Seriously, it's no wonder they have such a great rating. The spinach was some of the best spinach pizza I've had (and I've had a lot!) and the garlic knots were an interesting and appreciated take on the usual shape. They were more mini garlic knots, but tasted super garlicy and delicious! Next time, I'll be dining in for sure!“

“Been meaning to try this truck for a while and finally did after taking a good long walk on Hillside Ave. I tried their chicken chapli wrap and it did not disappoint. For $9, it's a huge wrap: chicken chapli (ground minced spiced chicken kebab) on a thin wrap, loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled onions and cabbage, french fries and white sauce. Service was great and the young guy was able to let me know the size of the wrap etc. I will definitely come back to try the rice platter and their kicker sauce.“

“Great tasting and fresh salads and wraps! It's a nice treat since Sweet Greens are nowhere near this location. However their boba tea can be better (milk boba is milk and boba, no tea). Location is bright, clean and small, can only accommodate maybe 5 people inside to eat. And the soup was okay. But check on what you order online. I added my tip when I ordered online, but when I got there to pick up, the staff tried to guilt trip me into giving them a tip on top of the amount where my tip was already added. So instead of giving straight 5 stars, I had to take it away.Vegetarian options: Great selection of fresh vegetables.“
