“We stopped in for lunch nice clean cozy atmosphere. Vivienne was the bartender & may I add it waa nice to see an actual Irish Bartender behind the stick. She was very accommodating & we had a nice chat about the old country. I had the Steak Tibits and my partner had the Mad Munchie Sandwich bith of them hig the spot & we had a bucket of corona to wash it down. $25 bucket special is a steal these day's.“

“157 Tavern has been a staple in the area for 10 years and is an excellent choice for parties or group gatherings. You can simply provide them with your budget, and they will curate the menu for you, which makes the planning process very convenient.
Regarding the food:
Grilled Spanish Octopus: Highly recommended. The potato pave is delicious, and the octopus is tender with a perfect charred exterior.
Short Rib with Bone Marrow: The meat is very tender and falls apart at the touch of a fork, though I wish the portion of bone marrow was a bit larger.
King Salmon: Quite tender.
Burrata Cheese: Standard/average.
Caramel Flan: Delicious and beautifully presented.
Overall, it is a great spot for a nice dinner.“

The food was “DELISH!” The owner was welcoming & hospitable, the service was good, and the music and atmosphere wea awesome! “The hostess tried to seat us in the empty private room in the back without offering a choice for the main dining area and we were forced object to this and were then seated on the floor. Based on the fact that both of our entre’s , filet, trout, were perfectly cooked and presented and delightful, a four star minimum is justified. Our side of brussels was undercooked and hard as rocks. The cocktails were perfectly done. No cheese cake after a steak? No coffee beans in the sambuca? The venue turned out to be a cut below. The pricing was fair in my opinion so on balance, an average dining experience overall. There are better options for sure.“

“GOLDEN K BURGERS has a good rating. The burgers are solid, though a little pricey and they did not have their signature Bulgogi Burger. The vanilla shake was solid, and the chicken wings were awesome. All the burgers were well-flavored and had a juicy patty. The server was friendly, but the narrow little restaurant looked a little sad, we thought there would be more people instead of being the only customers. I would go again, however. The lunch menu prices are worth it, and the happy hour from 4pm to 8pm seem worth it, too.“
