She was so kind and so sweet and took care of me like it was a bed and breakfast. Once again the food was other worldly good. Let's just say, Dana left with a pocket full of money from all the happy customers that had the opportunity and the luxury to be seated in her section that night.“

“This place is going to be a favorite of mine in 2024. I recently celebrated my birthday at Harrison during brunch. The service was exceptionally attentive and personal. The food was fantastic with ample portions with left-overs tasing just as good as when dined. The music was classic rock with a lot of great classic americana portraits and photos of nostalgia. The staff was particularly attentive to our needs and we never had to wait. I can't reiterate how impressed I was with this restaurant. Everyone was warm, not snobby, and went above and beyond to make my sister's birthday brunch enjoyable for my family. The food focuses on spotlighting the local ingredients and isn't overly fancy. My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. The decor is also so tasteful and I felt transported to a fancy farmhouse somewhere on the coast of Rhode Island or something. I'll definitely be back!“

“George Martin The Original is an amazing restaurant with exceptional food and service. Parking can be tough in Rockville Centre but George Martin has plenty of parking in the back. The bar is very large with plenty of seating...regulars often eat at the bar to chat with people around them and the wonderful bartenders. Reservations are recommended especially during busy hours. My husband and I started with two signature drinks...coconut Margarita and French martini. One better than the other. We shared a wedge salad which was split in the kitchen and chopped. Delicious! We both had steak, my favorite is Skirt steak, his filet mignon. Both cooked perfectly to our liking...dessert was pecan pie sundae... yummy... The service is the best around...especially the manager Suzanne who walks around making sure everyone is happy...can be a bit loud but the energy is contagious....love it there and so will you“

The New England clam chowder is like no other. It is very delicious and creamy the perfect consistency for clam chowder. Definitely the best around the Ipswich fried clams are my go to favorite. They are fried to perfection and very clean oil which makes the food very good because the oil is always clean that they cook in. The people that work at Bigelow’s are great. Always welcoming and fun to hang out with by the bar while you eat your delicious seafood, no matter what you get I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area and you love seafood, you will not get any fresher!! If Mystic comes back I’ll go but won’t go anymore on principle of the raised price without it matching the website and their cashiers window. Unfair. And many people were complaining about this.“
