I took the advice of comments on their Instagram page and their recommendations and ordered the risotto balls, clams, tuna tartar and beef dumplings for appetizers. Entrées were the strip steak, ahi tuna and short ribs. I have to tell you, their food is really, really good! My son got their tartufo for dessert and I had the tres leche. Hubby had a cappuccino. The bar is very large with plenty of seating...regulars often eat at the bar to chat with people around them and the wonderful bartenders. Reservations are recommended especially during busy hours. My husband and I started with two signature drinks...coconut Margarita and French martini. One better than the other. We shared a wedge salad which was split in the kitchen and chopped. Delicious! My favorites were the hot fried chicken sandwich, the deconstructed eggplant parm appetizer, and the spaghetti with tomato sauce off of the kids menu (could have used a touch of salt but I think they underseasoned on purpose because it's for kids). The only dish that was pretty underwhelming was the shrimp and grits, which was kind of bland. Our whole group did the bottomless brunch option and our glasses were never empty because they were quick to refill them. “Started going here a little while back for the Subculture nights hosted by Dj Cody and from the first visit knew this was a great place. Johnny the bartender is a great guy and a class act and a really attentive bartender. The service is great here and you never wait a long time to get a drink no matter how many people are there. We were stuffed and had food to take home. Once it was ready to serve brought out plates and utensils for us. Next time we definitely want to try the desserts offered, neighboring tables ordered and it looked amazing.
