Had a birthday cake done for my daughter’s birthday and Luigi (baker) made it to Perfection. Red Velvet cake. Delicious and gorgeous looking cake. He also made me chocolate covered strawberries and never tasted such delicious chocolate before. Highly recommend and cannot wait to go back.
Order a ton of desserts varying from angel food cake to donuts to Italian pastry’s and everything was perfect. The donuts were to die for so light and airy they were perfect. The cupcakes, cookies and pastry’s were perfectly made with love. The angel food cake was perfect, the fruit and cream was so fresh. All of our guest asked where the desserts came from! I highly recommend using this bakery for all your future needs big or small.

Sinapi Bakery & Cafe has been here forever, with a homey, community vibe. The staff and owner Lou treat customers like family, and the service always pleases. Espresso is made homemade, not like that Starbucks crap, and pastries are always made fresh. Desserts are great, including a cake with cannoli cream (maybe the piccolo special?); after 20 years, loyal customers know it. Excellent bagels are exceptional for this far north, and sweets are out of this world—try the cream puffs and eclairs. Beautiful parfaits and delicious fruit danish are available. Gluten free cookies (especially the lintzers), gluten free biscottis, and tiramisu cake are also loved. Prices are very reasonable. So many choices!
