“The Most Perfect Wedding Venue, Truly Unforgettable! I will be raving about our wedding at The Lincklaen House for the rest of my life. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect thanks in huge part to the incredible Carrie. She is truly phenomenal. Her warmth, organization, and attention to every single detail made our entire experience feel effortless. She checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated our day like it truly mattered to her. This was the first and only venue we toured and we immediately knew it was the one. The charm, the affordability, the incredible food, and the all-in-one setup made it a no-brainer. Ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio with outdoor games, dinner, and an after-party in the tavern… everything flowed so naturally and beautifully in one building. Even the air conditioning was on point, keeping everyone comfortable all day! The staff was exceptional. Audrey was amazing throughout the day, and every single team member was kind, professional, and attentive. One of the sweetest moments was when they poured apple juice into champagne glasses for the kids during the toasts, just one of many thoughtful touches that made the whole day feel magical. Our getting-ready suites were beautiful, spacious, and the perfect spot to start the day. From the small details to the big picture, the Lincklaen House made our dream wedding come true. We’ve gone through his check out line multiple times and we’re always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. In a world where it’s so hard to find anyone that is personable anymore, he really deserves to be recognized by Wegmans! He’s an awesome example.“

“We had an issue recently with the take out service at Tullys in Fairmount which was a rare occurrence. The food is always consistent and service prompt. I felt it was important to share my experience with management as I knew it was not typical of this location. I was called by Allen the manager who had been a friendly face for years. He was very apologetic of the situation and appreciative of my feedback, he wanted to make it right and advised me to ask for him when we decided to dine in again. We went on a typical busy Friday night. We’ were greeted and almost immediately sat. Before our meals touched the table he came over to advise me that one of our meals was on him as a courtesy. Allen is an important part of the Tullys family and the Fairmount location. He is always friendly and cares that his customers leave satisfied. The food was nothing less than delicious, tenders and fries came out cooked perfectly and within 10 minutes of ordering. Great Job Allen and Fairmount Tullys team!“

“I was in and out. I ordered online and everything was hot and ready within like 2 minutes.
But really I'm leaving a review because of the atmosphere. The staff were all happy. They were working together like a well oiled machine, talking, joking, and singing with each other. I had such a pleasant experience. It makes a world of difference when you walk into a space where people seem happy and joyful. I just appreciated the atmosphere and wanted to share.“

“Went through the Drive thru this morning, placed my order and pulled to the pay window. I payed and the gentlemen told me it would be a few minutes. I waited and after the few minutes passed, my order was ready and the kind gentlemen explained that the previous order was rather large and for my inconvenience, he included some extras in my order which I greatly appreciated. “I left this review on "Where Syracuse Eats"; Oh, my soul! Soft shell crab tacos at Brian's Landing Jamesville. I now want to permanently live here in the middle of their dining room... Had a fantastic lunch... deep fried brussel sprouts with pork belly, a delightful salad with prosciutto and fresh figs, and these slammin' tacos. Large sharable portions reasonably priced and charmingly (and very professionally) served by our waitperson, Skyler. Definitely will be revisiting this jernt on a regular basis!“

“This place was super busy, but they worked through like champs. I got a free burger on veterans day and they were fine with it. The burgers aren't the best, too thin to try well or rare. But a great experience otherwise, id recommend this place (off peak hours)“
