was the most horrible experience at a McDonald's ever. I have a bad knee and I sat while waiting and an employee cursed me out. He clearly said "get the f out here " that I'm full of s#$t.
all while the manager was about 8 feet away from her and she did Nothing! I have filed a complaint with corporate office and was given a reference #. will be following up. But I will never go there again.
Whoever the manager on duty needs to be retrained. One kiosk was working and it wouldn’t accept credit cards. As I go to the counter, the counter person is in an argument with a man and his granddaughter. He stormed out. While I was waiting, what appeared to be one employee leaving for the day having a discussion with an on-duty employee about the status of her life.
