I’m writing this review on behalf of my dad.
He stopped by the Starbucks on Grand Avenue in Queens around 2:30 PM and ordered a large Refresher. Even though he only visits occasionally, Kelly recognized him before he even took out his card. That kind of personal attention and genuine customer service really stood out to him.

Half of my drink is ICE.
I’ve had this same drink at multiple different locations at 67th Av & the Rockaways and they weren’t this cheap omg.
I am surprised my drink was so little and it was just half foam and ice.
There were two baristas with black aprons, I thought they made good drinks but that’s far from the truth.
At least my cashier girl was nice and like other people said, the baristas don’t call your name for the drink. So why ask for...read full review

The Starbucks location is spacious, and the staff is friendly. They pay attention to customized drink orders and get them right most of the time. Customers appreciate the baristas' attention to detail and the consistent service. The new Christmas menu is also a highlight, with the Venti Caramel Brulee Latte being a customer favorite.
