“If my kids had it their way, we’d be at Wingstop in Massapequa at least once a week—and honestly, I don’t blame them. This place has some of the best wings around. The variety alone keeps everyone happy: classic hot, garlic parmesan, honey BBQ, lemon pepper, spicy Korean, and so many more. Every flavor is bold, consistent, and absolutely delicious. The wings come out hot, crispy, and perfectly cooked every single time.

What I really love is how quick and easy the whole experience is. Whether we order ahead or walk in, the service is friendly, efficient, and on point. The staff is always upbeat and helpful, and you can tell they really care about getting the food just right. The fries are another family favorite—seasoned perfectly and addictive! And if you’re a dipping-sauce person, this is your heaven. Ranch, blue cheese, honey mustard… everything tastes fresh and homemade.

My kids treat Wingstop like a weekly tradition, and I’ve started looking forward to it just as much as they do. Great wings, great flavors, great people—what more can you ask for? Wingstop in Massapequa has definitely earned its spot as our go-to wing place.“

Was greeted by welcoming staff and helped by a great employee whose name I wish I caught but she made the experience easy to understand and explained the whole menu to me. “Come here daily for salads, burrito bowls, Greek bowls. Pop Salad and El Diez menus are a great deal under 10 dollars (guacamole is free) they even have a combo with chips and drink for $10. Portions are big. You can customize everything, and it tells you in the app if anything has gluten, dairy, or nuts. Hard to review a restaurant that has this level of variety, but the healthy dishes are definitely as good as anywhere else for less money and faster service. The fast pass subscription gets you money discounted on every order automatically so it pays for itself if you come regularly which isn't a problem at a place that has everything and is open until almost midnight every day. The benefit of Wonder having everything is that the entire family can get whatever type of food they want from one location and you don't have to agree on what to have for dinner or lunch anymore. No need to wait on a line at Chipotle anymore.“

“Let me tell you guys how amazing Donna is! i ordered food for my boyfriend and it was stolen by an uber driver, he picked up my food from this location but never confirmed picking it up on the uber app, therefore the order was still saying that it had to be picked up in the system. I called Bww and spoke to Donna and she explained that uber drivers kept coming in to pick up my food that didn't exist. Her advice was to let uber know what happened so that they can cancel the order in the system, and I could re-order it for someone to pick it up. I knew that would take some time & they were about to close in 30mins. Being that my order was still in the system , the 4th uber driver was on his way to pick up my food . I asked her if I could just put the order in with her over the phone instead of going through Uber and she was more than happy to take my order. She took my order and apologized for the wait even though it wasn't her fault , she also said she'll throw in some extra food for the inconvenience. Donna if you're reading this, thank you so much and I truly appreciate people like you, your level of customer service was excellent. You were patient and kind and i'm so glad that I got to speak with you. She definitely kept her word and added extra food to enjoy along with a cute note, i honestly couldn't be more satisfied. “I bought bubble tea and shrimp fried rice. The bubble tea was standard. I do not recommend the fried rice. They gave me yellow rice with fried onions, a few green peas and and small bleached out shrimp. Fried rice should be white rice with sauteed vegetables plus the soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, scallions, cabbage etc. Where is the standard?“

“AWESOME wings. I’ve been getting these wings the past few weeks, and they are perfect. They have the perfect amount of breading on the wings and its not too much. Same goes for the sauces. They have the perfect amount of sauce on the wings and a great selection of sauces to choose from. My boyfriend and I have been testing out new sauces each time we order and we havent found one we dont like so far. I got a bogo thru grub hub or uber etc, the picture showed a tray of fries and boneless wings. Fry sauce didn't help, and wasn't special enough to buy separately. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literally the soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant. I would try again only if I was going in to order. The Chicken and sauce saved it.“
