“Unfortunately, Burger Bar closed in December 2023 to be changed into a new restaurant called Burgerology that will open in early 2024. But Burger Bar had great cheeseburgers, French fries, and the best part of Burger Bar was their amazing and exquisite milkshakes with a range of delicious toppings. “Always great! I end up having to order very late but they are always wonderful! One evening my husband couldn’t go pick up our order and I had to go with our daughter, who was maybe 6 months old and was not walking yet. I didn’t have her stroller and I didn’t know how much we had ordered, so when I came in with her in the car seat carrier I wasn’t able to easily carry everything out. The young man working jumped right out and brought everything to my car for me without me asking and even insisting I was fine (I wasnt lol) I was just going to make two trips which isn’t a big deal to me but I didn’t have to because of the thoughtful young man that night. I was so frazzled from running out with the baby then first trying to juggle everything that I forgot to take his name to tell his manager how kind he was so I’m going to have to go in again and see him in person because I will definitely recognize him. But anyway that’s the level of service that we have always gotten here. The workers have always been friendly and helpful and this young man in particular just went above and beyond. I haven’t had a problem with a single order yet (which is especially rare these days - I am not putting down the workers at other places, I understand that wages are absolute cr@p and they are understaffed and overworked in almost every establishment) and the one time I got home missing something it was because I forgot it and they had even tried to call me to let me know before I got too far away. So yes, wonderful staff that I am always pleased to see!“
“Got there when they were just opening and they were still prepping but it was as expected. Delicious food, probably the best Korean on the island, flavorful greasy dirty food you eat while you drink beer and watch the game. It's pretty clean for what it is and most of the food is take out, loved it and definitely coming back for the chicken and side dishes. Servers didn't seem to be very familiar with the routine but they were super nice and accommodating to my friend's baby who came with us.“
“This was actually my first time here and it did not disappoint. I came here with a large group and the service and the food were phenomenal. It was so good I even called the next day to tell them how great they were . Everything from start to finish was fantastic. We had the wings ,which are the best wings I ever had. We had the meatballs., four different types of pizza and salads. They also had the best dirty martini I ever had. They made it perfect. Will definitely be back.“
“Have always gone to the Chicken Holiday in Baldwin and was sad to see them close that location. I have only been to the Bellmore location once but the chicken seemed to be as good. They seem to have changed the fries. Now the fries at Chicken Holiday in Baldwin were nothing "special" but I still preferred them for some reason. The new store is definitely cuter looking and has a few tables to eat in. The prices increased which I figured, but they had better lunch specials at Baldwin that included a soda. I will be back to get the ribs and the wings that I also like.“

“Met up with old friends and chose Off The Brook because we heard nice things and it was centrally located. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. We shared zucchini chip, burrata pizza, goat cheese and beet salad and eggplant meatballs. Everything was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive.“

“I was there on Sunday night at 6pm for a quick drink (I don't drink but am always a designated driver to my sister and brother) on a Sunday afternoon/early evening and that's really all it's good for at that hour a quick drink. Well actually I lied, that and the bartender Rebecca. She's a cute shorter petite cute girl with some nice tats and cool to talk to and she's real cute. She also gives great advice to people that ask, especially in the love department since she's a girl. She was able to help give me some insight as to how I can try and get a girl because I'm a little shy and have some personal issues like everyone that make me lack confidence. She was even a great therapist dealing with the local drunks that were there feeling sorry for themselves. She knew how to handle people no matter what type of person they were. So as you can tell the best thing about this place at this hour up until about 645-7pm is her on Sunday lol. She knows how to mix a drink also which is obviously nice for a bartender lol. Anyway it's a good place to go to for a quick Sunday drink and on the Friday and Saturday of the weekend it's always a good time with with lots of people and it's a lot of fun.Parking: There is a big parking lot behind the bar where it shares parking with a ton of stores. I got a bogo thru grub hub or uber etc, the picture showed a tray of fries and boneless wings. Fry sauce didn't help, and wasn't special enough to buy separately. I got 2 trays both with nice saucy, warm wings and each must of had a handful of cold fries. Literally the soggiest, coldest fries I've gotten from a restaurant. Panda kitchen in west babylon is probably Is the best tasting in this area. The girl at the counter can be nice. Once you get to know her. I was impressed when we ordered the sesame shrimp. As they were handbattered fried shrimps with a thick coating. Pretty tasty. The fried rice is actually brown which is rare these days most places it's yellow. Boneless sparribs are tasty.
