Went on an amazing first date last night. Darcy and Adam were nothing short of fantastic hosts from phone reservation to allowing us to try food we had never tasted before, to amazing entrees. My short rib grilled cheese and her kimchi burger was fantastic. The aesthetic and ambiance reminded me of a warm heated cabin in the Colorado wilderness. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a bigger celebration next time! 10/5 stars.
