“4 orders in a row, they've messed up a simple sub. Steak and cheese with ONLY onions , NOTHING else. McDonald's does a better job🤦‍♀️ Up at 3 am and go out for my only meal at 7 pm, but, not eating it. Call and was informed we will have to wait for a refund. Listening to a customer's order, when not busy, should be an easy enough task. Will NOT be using nor recommending them! **Update** called and reported the mess up and wanting a refund. Was told someone would call me the next day, have still heard nothing!“
