“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!”

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone.”

“This is my new favorite diner in the Syracuse area. Fast service with perfectly cooked eggs by the chef. Wait staff are attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Or you can sit at the bar in front of the chef cooking on the grill. Very entertaining if there is a seat available. Honey packets are available, if ordering hot tea. The smell and taste of those delicious peppers and onions mixed in the home fries makes them the best tasting around. They also just remodeled the building which looks great.”

“Everything was perfect. From the wine, to dinner, to dessert the meal was top notch. This also included the waitstaff. The most surprising thing wad a phone call the next day from the owner making sure we enjoyed our visit. This is a great place for special dinners and date nights”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! I am so happy a loving environment like this exists. It’s such a wonderful way to spend time with furry loved ones. I instantly felt happy just being there around so many playful cats. I’m so surprised that they all seem to get along. All of the cats I’ve seen there are so calm and playful, or they are sleeping peacefully. It’s a wonderful, loving and clean environment for these feline friends to live or hopefully get adopted into new forever homes. I highly recommend paying them a visit. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable, too. 10 out of 10 stars for Pawsitivitea Syracuse! 😻”

“Went this weekend and had an amazing time. It was a little busy, so our food took a little bit to come out (nothing excessive, since it was busy, but we were trying to make a movie).

Sarea was our server, and she was AMAZING! Super friendly right off the bat, checked on us at the right times, and really made the little bit of wait for food pleasant! Once we told her we needed to make a movie, she was able to bring our check our faster and some to-go boxes, but we ended up eating everything and still made the movie on-time.

She went above and beyond with her friendliness and accommodation, and had stand out service. It made our meal!”

“Came in here today on my lunch break and was greeted with a friendly smile and assistance from the cashier. I looked on the menu and was bummed out because I was in the mood for hawawshi but they didn’t have it. The man behind the counter gladly offered to make it for me, I was so elated. The hawawshi was absolutely delicious and took me back to the ones I had in Egypt 🇪🇬. If you want great food at a decent price with a friendly atmosphere and great music this is the place for you. I highly recommend it. 10 stars ✨”
